2 sticks of butter or mararine melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cupself risinf flour sifted
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring



CHOCOLATE CAKE ICING
1/4 stick of butter or margarine
3 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk & 1/2 can water
1 cup Hershey's Cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
For Cake: Cream Margarine and sugar together, beat eggs in
1 at a time, alternate flour and milk and vanilla.
Bake at 350º to 400º until brown or done.

Chocolate Icing:
Mix all ingrediernts in medium sauce pan, place on stove on
low heat, and stir until thick. Stack layers by putting icing on
each layer, use all icing that is left on top layer and let it drip
down on the sides.
