21/2 cups Self Rising Flour
1 cup Buttermilk
1/12 cups Crisco Oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. Red Food Color
1 tsp. Cocoa
1 tsp. White Vinegar
2 large eggs


CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend vegetable oil and sugar together ,mix well, then add eggs
one at a time. Alternate flour mix and buttermilk, be sure to mix
after adding flour or buttermilk. Then mix in all of the other
ingredients.
The batter will fill 5 round cake pans, fill them and bake at 350º
until done, toothpick must come out clean. Let cool completly
and frost the cake.
