CRUST
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg
Filling
1 1/2 cups milk
16 oz of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 T flour
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Sift flour and baking powder together. Add sugar and butter to dry ingredients, add egg, mix well. Do not roll. Work into 10 inch spring form pan with hands.

FILLING: Cut cream cheese into pieces and put in blender. Add all filling ingredients and blend until smooth.

BAKE: 350 degrees for 45 – 55 minutes. Shut off oven and leave pie in for one hour longer. Refrigerate when completely cool.

Use pie filling on top; pineapple, cherry, blueberry, etc.
