5 med. potatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T dried parsley flakes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. water
4 slices bacon
2 T flour
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 8 ingredients, reduce and simmer 20 min. Cook bacon until crisp, remove to paper towel and crumble. Add flour to bacon grease, stir until smooth. Add milk slowly to flour mixture. Stir until thickened then add along with bacon crumbles to potato mixture. Simmer 5 more minutes. Serve with grated cheese if desired.
