1 15 oz. can artichokes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. parmesean cheese
2 tsp. dry dill
2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Drain artichokes. Chop the artichokes coarsely and set aside. Whip the cream cheese until light & fluffy. Mix in the mayo until completely incorporated. Then add the artichokes and all the other ingredients and mix, just to combine. Place in an ovenproof baking dish and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove and serve warm with toasted bread, crackers or pita chips. (I use Stacy's Simply Naked Baked Pita Chips from Costco.)

I make this often and it's always a crowd pleaser. I got this recipe from Janet Hedstrom, the Executive Chef of Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, where I work. A good wine to go with this is a chilled Sauvignon Blanc.
