Combine: 5 c old fashioned oatmeal
1 c chopped walnuts 1 c unrefined sesame seeds
1 c sunflower seeds 1 c shredded coconut
1 c soy flour 1 c powered milk (preferably noninstant)
1 c wheat germ

In separate bowl combine:
1 c honey 1 c oil (not olive oil)

Directions:

Combine dry incredients with moist ingredients. Spread on 2 jelly roll pans and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until slightly brown. Serve with milk. You will not need sugar.
