3/4 cup of olive Oil
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves of fresh garlic
1 box of elbow pasta
3 medium ripe tomates corsely chopped
1 cucumber
1 red onion
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
6 oz of Feta cheezs
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and drain into a mixing bowl. Chop tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and add to mixing bowl with drained pasta. Chop fresh parsley, garlic and Feta cheeze and add to mixing bowl. Add olice oil and lemon juice to mixture. Mix ingrediants and add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


Serve chilled
