1 pkg of Jimmy Dean sausage
5-6 slices white or wheat bread, crumbled
1/2 c. onion, diced
6-7 eggs scrambled
2 c. milk
1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl and roll into balls and place on a greased jelly roll pan. Or if you are short on time, you can place entire ingredients in a greased 9 x13 pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake the next morning at 350 for 1 hour
