1 c. Imperial Sugar light brown sugar or Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
3 to 4 tbsp. water
Cloves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin after the 12-14 lbs Ham has been cooking 2 -2 1/2 hours.
Combine the Imperial Light Brown Sugar with the mustard and water until smooth.
Brush on generously over the ham with a large pastry brush.
Score and stud ham with cloves if desired.
Return ham to the 325 oven for 30 mins.
