1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chili sauce (such as Heinz)
1 tbsp. drained bottled horseradish, or to taste
1/2 tsp. dry mustard, or to taste
1/8 tsp. cayenne, or to taste
2 tsp. fresh lime juice, or to taste

Force garlic through a press into a bowl and stir together with remaining ingredients. Chill sauce at least 4 hours and last up to 3 days (refrigerated)
