2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar with oil, add eggs & beat until light. Add pumpkin. Sift other ingredients together. Add to pumpkin mixture. Put in 3 loaf pans and bake for 1 hour at 325.

For 2 loaf pans, limit flour to 2 cups.
