4-5 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tbsp canning salt
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers and onions in a microwaveable dish. In a separate bowl mix salt, mustard seed, celery seed, turmeric, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and pour over cucumbers and onions. Cover with saran wrap and microwave for 7-10 minutes on high. Stir heated cucumbers well and allow to cool keeping the dish covered with saran wrap. Store in refrigerator. Can be eaten after they cool.
