9 in baked pie shell
1 c sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1 c milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/4 c butter
1/4 c lemon juice - or more per taste.
1 T. grated lemon peel
1 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in milk, egg yolks, butter, lemon juice and lemon peel. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cool. Fold in sour cream. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate at least two hours. Serve with whipped cream around edges.
