1 30 oz pkg frozen shredded hash browns
2 c sour cream
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c melted butter
2 T. parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Transfer to ungreased 9X12 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 350F for 1 hour.
