1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp rosemary (crumbled)
1/4 tsp pepper

Brush on hens before and during cooking.
Bake uncovered 375 F. 1 1/2 hours or until done.
