6 large tart apples (combination Braeburn and Golden Delicious)
1/4 tes. cinnamon
1/8 tes. salt
1T.lemon juice
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter OR margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Butter casserole
Peel - core - slice apples
Place in casserole, sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and water
Mix brown sugar , flour, butter
Spread over apples and bake 30 min. at 375º F.
