4 cups broccoli (uncooked) - drain well in salad spinner 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 chopped peanuts 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I use cheddar, but can be any kind) 1 chopped onion 12 slices bacon chopped Dressing: 1 cup Mayo 1/4 cup sugar 3 T. vinegar
Toss everything together when ready to serve. (Keep ingredients separate until ready to toss.)
