1 1/2 C frozen pineapple chunks
Reserved juice from the can of pineapple above
1/2 C vanilla ice cream
1/2 frozen banana, slice
5 T coconut milk or coconut cream
Ice and water to desired thickness

Directions:

Combine ingredients in heavy-duty blender or smoothie machine. Mix until smooth.
