2 C cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 C celery, finely diced
2 T lemon juice
1 1/2 T onion, grated
1/2 - 1 Cup salted almonds
1 C mayonnaise
1/2 T salt
8 pastry cups, baked
1/2 C American cheese
3/4 C potato chip crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, lemon juice, grated onion, almonds, mayonnaise and salt. Toss together lightly. Spoon into baked pastry cups. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 450º about 8 minutes until heated through.
