2 whole chicken breasts
3 Tbutter or margarine
8 oz sliced mushroom sauteed
3/4 cup marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup shredded mozarella or provolone cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in ziplock bag. Coat with flour/seasoning (s/p). Melt butter; brown chicken in sautee pan; place in casserole dish. In seperate pan, boil and reduce: marsala wine, chicken broth, add sauteed mushroom. Pour over chicken, sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle parmesan chees and green onions on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min uncovered. Keep warm in oven until service.

Mom first made this dish for the us when they were visiting in Ohio. Cait LOVED and added it to her emerging repertoire of recipes. She's getting to be quite a cook (Her Dad has assured her that such skills are required for marriage contract..makes her really mad).
