2 tablespoons butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon parsley
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet, over medium-high heat, heat half the butter. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter; add onions and cook until tender.

Add soup, milk, mustard, and parsley. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes.

Serve with noodles.
