3 c. flour,
2 c. sugar,
1 tsp. salt,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp baking soda.

1 c. crisco oil,
3 beaten eggs,
1 8oz can crushed pineapple (undrained),
1 c. mashed banans,
1 c. chopped pecans,
1 c. coconut,
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Sift together first 5 dry ingredients.
Stir remaining ingredients by hand till mixed. Add flour mixture and mix well. Bake 350º 35-40 min.
After cooled, top with Cream cheese frosting.
