1/2 c. butter or margarine,
1 c. flour,
1/4 c. brown sugar,
1/2 c. chopped pecans,
2 egg whites,
1 c. sugar,
1- 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries with syrup thawed,
1 small carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Blend flour, brown sugar, butter & pecans. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 min. 350 º stirring once. Cool. Beat on high speed the egg whites, sugar and strawberries until fluffy. (8 - 10 min). Fold in cool whip. Spread half of crumb mixture in 9 x 13 " pan. Spread strawberry mix over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze. Best if made the day before. Thaw 20 min at room temp before serving.
