3-4 lbs Beef Roast
1 Tbsp Fresh Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp or 3 whole bay leaves
1 Tbsp Rosemary
1 cup soy sauce
6 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredents in a crock pot and simmer on low 10-11 hours - this gets better with time! Then put on toasted hoagies with your choice of cheese and serve with au jus.
