Ingredients:  
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 stick butter
2 cans cream-style corn
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg, beaten
4-6 slices American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and pepper in butter until tender. Remove from heat. Mix sauteed vegetables, corn, rice and eggs together. Pour into casserole dish. Place cheese slices on top of mixture. Bake at 350F until cheese browns.
