1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 c chopped onion
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 T mustard
1/2 c ketchup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion until onion is tender. Stir in soup, mustard, and ketchup. Add salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes and serve on toasted buns.
