1 16-20 oz pkg multi colored corkscrew pasta (bow tie or shells work also)
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cans pineapple tidbits (drain and save juice)
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped apple (dip in pineapple juice and drain) 2 cups halved grapes
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 sm pkg cashews
1 tsp pressed ginger root (optional)
1 16 oz bottle coleslaw dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients together. You can add 1/4 of the pineapple juice and a sprinkle of ginger if you’d like.
