6 eggs
1/3 lb grated white, extra sharp cheddar cheese, no
substitutions
1/8 cup of whole milk
2 T butter
ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in large bowl, add milk then grated cheese, stir to
combine. Heat large skillet, add butter to pan to coat, add egg
mixture. Stir eggs constantly not allowing them to brown, but
stay soft. As soon as the liquid is absorbed, turn off the flame
and keep stirring them so they do not get hard. Serve
immediately with toast and bacon or sausage, (or scrapple if
you are a Pennsylvania Dutch girl like me)
