1 1/4 cups whole milk
3/4 cup flour
1 T sugar
3 eggs, beaten
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in mixer on slow, add flour,sugar and salt slowly
incorporating it into the egg to make a smooth batter. Add the
milk in a slow manner allowing it to work into the egg and flour
batter.

Heat a non stick skillet with a coating of oil. Add approx
a soup ladle full of batter to the center of the pan, swirl the pan
to coat with the batter. The pancake will bubble slightly, lift
gently on the edge with a spatula to check for browning, then
flip and finish cooking. Serve on warm plates with butter, syrup
or fresh berries. Approx. 2 pancakes per person, batter can be
doubled for a larger group.
