1 1/2 c sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter melted
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pinch salt
1/3 c evaporated milk
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

TOPPING:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c pecans, chopped
1/4 c flour
2 1/2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sweet potatoes, sugars, butter, egg yolks, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and milk. Add egg whites last.

TOPPING:
Mix together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 35 minutes.
