1 c butter, softened
1/ 3/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp soda
2 c diced apples
1 1/2 c applesauce
1 c raisins
1/2 c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in apples, applesauce, raisins and nuts. Dough should be stiff. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 for 35-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve plain or dust with 10X sugar.
