Enchilada Casserole Recipe

1 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup flour
3 1/2 cups water
2 cans tomato sauce
1 - 2 cups shredded cheese
1 head lettuce
1 dozen corn tortillas

Cook meat, onions, and spices for 15 min. Add flour and mix well. Add water to consistency of gravy. Stir in tomato sauce. Simmer for a few minutes. Place in casserole in layers.
Chili mix
Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with shredded lettuce.
