1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp baking soda

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first three ingredients. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

Divide batter between 3, 2 1/2 lb. coffee cans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
