Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados diced
3 plum tomatoes seeded and diced
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tbls chopped cilantro
Juice of one juicy lime
1/4 cup of finely diced red or white onion
Corn chips of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for chips in a bowl and then mash with potato masher until you get the consistency you like. I like mine a little chunky. Taste and make sure you like the flavor. Sometimes I add a little more salt or lime juice depending on how it tastes. You can also take away or add more of the ingredients if you have picky eaters. Make sure you make ahead of time and leave in the refrigerator for several hours so the flavors can mesh. Put a piece of plastic rap on top of guacamole before placing in the refrigerator to keep it from turning brown.
