3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic.
2 med. zucchini sliced
2 med yellow squash sliced
1 large onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute for about 8 minutes, then add 14 oz can diced tomatoes. simmer for about 15 minutes until tender. you can toss with pasta or serve just like that, Don't forget to top with Parmesan cheese.

In a large skillet on med heat, add 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 3-4 cloves garlic. then add

2 med. zucchini sliced
2 med yellow squash sliced
1 large onion chopped
