Orzo (rice-shaped pasta), half box
Olive oil
1 bunch parsley, washed, stems removed, chopped in food processor
3 cloves garlic, chopped in food processor
Grated parmesan cheese
Kosher salt (good texture!)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil orzo, as directed on box.
Drain and leave in collander.
Use empty pasta pot to heat 2 tbsp. oil.
BRIEFLY saute parsley and garlic (DO NOT BROWN).
Add cooked orzo and mix together.
Stir in parmesan cheese and salt, to taste.
