Bag o' washed spinach
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium-high, heat 1 tbsp. (or less) olive oil in a large skillet.
Add handfuls of spinach.
Use wooden spatula to toss from the bottom.
As spinach wilts there will be room to add more.
Add garlic and saute BRIEFLY.
DO NOT brown garlic.
Serve immediately.
