1/2 c. cream
1 egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 T. Ketchup
1 c. grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream, egg, crumbs, salt, pepper, ground beet, onions, mustard and ketchup. Line loaf pan with foil and place 1/2 c. cheese on bottom of pan. Place 1/2 meat mixture over cheese, cover meat with remaining cheese and put in remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and cool for 10 minutes.
