6 oz. Gruye're cheese, cut into 1" cubes
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 C all purpose flour
3/4 C fine, dry breadcrumbs
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dip cheese cubes into egg. Dredge in flour; dip again in egg. Roll in breadcrumbs; press firmly so crumbs adhere. Place on wax paper; chill 30 min.

Deep fry cubes in hot oil (375) until golden brown. Drain.
