2 cups warm water
2 T. Yeast
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 cups flour (can combine wheat/white)
3 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar and salt. Add oil, mix and add 3 cups flour. Gradually add last three cups flour, kneading until the dough is soft but not too sticky. Take a ball about the size of a tangerine and roll out on a floured surface until flat and round (about 1/4" thick). Broil on greased cookie sheet-watch carefully and when it starts to brown, turn it over and broil on the other side. (Can make bread small, medium or large rounds)
