1 1/4 Cup whole wheat flour
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten- omega-3 if possible
2/3 C buttermilk
3 Tbsp applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup raspberries
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients up to salt, mix in wet ingredients up to vanilla. Pour in 9x11/2 inch pan. Top with berries and then prepare topping ( mix brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbled) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
