1 1/2 cups baby carrots
2lb boneless skinless chicken thighs (ask butcher)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 jar sweet/sour sauce (Chinese section)
1 can pineapple chunks in juice (drained)
1 bag frozen peppers and onions
2 cups uncooked long grain rice
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Put carrots in first, then top with chicken then sprinkle red pepper flakes
Cook low for 7-8 hours, drain liquid from cooker/throw out, top with pineapple and frozen veggies, turn to high and cook 1 hour, cook rice separately
