Ingredients:  
3/4 cup uncooked wild rice
1 med. butternut squash, cut into 1in. pieces
1 med. onion, cut into 1 in. pieces
2 turkey breast tenderloins
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dries thyme
1/2 cup dries cranberries (they go in at the end-- but you don't have to add)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 5qt. slow cooker, layer rice, squash, onion & turkey. Add broth: sprinkle w/ salt, pepper & thyme. Cover & cook on low for 7 hrs or until juices run clear. Remove turkey & cut into slices. Stir cranberries into rice mixture. Serve w/ a slotted spoon. Very yummy!!!
