2 c cooked chopped chicken or turkey
2 c cooked fluffy rice
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c creamy salad dressing
3 T grated onion
2 T fresh lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 c cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together carefully (if salad appears too dry or stiff, add 1/2 c chicken broth)
Place in flat baking dish, smooth into place and cover lightly with crushed potato chips.
Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes
