Chicken Parisienne Recipe

4 chicken breasts halves
salt + pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup freshly sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream ( I use fat free and it comes out fine)
1 10 1/2 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 3/4 cup sherry cooking wine

Season chicken with salt and pepper
In skillet, brown chicken in butter (I don't use butter)
Arrange chicken, onions (I put slices on top of chicken) and mushrooms (I place throughout) in casserole.
Combine sour cream, chicken soup and wine.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes.
