1 c. grated blue cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. diced onion
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a ramekin and place in a water bath. Bake at 300 F for 30 - 40 minutes until brown. Serve hot with toasted bread slices or crackers.
