6 Potatoes cut in eight wedges
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. parmesean cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice unpeeled/washed baking potatoes into eight wedges each. Place potatoes in a zip-lock bag. Place remaining ingredients in small bowl & mix well. Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes in the bag. Shake well. Using tongs, place potatoes (skin side down) on baking sheet and bake @ 375 for 45 minutes or until crispy brown.
