1/3 Cup Shortening
Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
tsp. Soda
tsp. Salt
1 Cup Banana
Cup Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternating with banana; blending well after each addition. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
