1 Pound Bulk Sausage
1 Pound Pizza Dough
18oz. Package Mozzarella Cheese
2 Eggs
Cup Flavored Breadcrumbs
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
tsp. Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage. Drain and cool. Add eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and parsley. Do not make it too dry. Add cheese to mixture. Spread dough out on cookie sheet; spread mixture on dough and roll up like a jellyroll. Make 2-3 slits on top of bread. Rub on butter or oil and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

I use the Bob Evans savory pork sausage and once I've fried it up in the pan I chop it up good in a food processor so it's nice and fine. Mmmmm!
