1 lb. ground round
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbsp. meat drippings (optional)
1 1/4 cups warm beef stock or bouillon
Ground pepper
Mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and add the onion and continue
cooking under the onion is golden. Drain off fat. Add the
stock, cover pan and simmer for 45 minutes. Add pepper and
serve over mashed potatoes.
